He used it on the road until 1975 when they were offered only $200 as a trade in at the local car yard. We used it for spotlighting every now and then until my brother in law discovered it's body number in 1995 ( we never bothered to look ). My brother gave the car to me as he has no interest in restoring vehicles. I finally got around to restoring it last year. The motor has been reconditioned, but the transmission and diff have not been touched. It has done 120,000 miles.
